PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyfunctional urethane (metha) acrylate capable of forming a cured material having excellent scratch resistance and an article having a fine uneven structure having excellent scratch resistance on the surface.SOLUTION: A polyfunctional urethane (metha) acrylate is a reaction product of a compound containing at least the following compound (a1) and compound (a2), wherein an acryl equivalent per one repeating unit composed of one molecule of the compound (a1) and one molecule of the compound (a2) is <240 and the average number of the repeating units is ≥2.0, wherein (a1) is an aliphatic diisocyanate and (a2) is a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate having two hydroxide groups.
