PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phthalocyanine compound having excellent heat-ray absorption performance (low solar transmittance) and transparency.SOLUTION: A phthalocyanine compound is represented by formula (1), wherein Zto Zare each independently substituted or unsubstituted phenoxy groups, and among them, 8 to 16 are each a substituted or unsubstituted 2-phenylphenoxy groups.
