PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for use in a large-sized power supply, that is excellent in cycle characteristics and that can be manufactured with ease.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is configured by using a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode is configured by at least a positive electrode active material and a current collector. The negative electrode is configured by at least a negative electrode active material 11 and a current collector 10. Lithium titanate is contained as the negative electrode active material 11. The current collector 10 of the negative electrode is aluminum or its alloy having a porous structure. The thickness T of the negative electrode is 0.4 mm or more and 5 mm or less. |
