PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for outer wall material that is superior in workability and also superior in waterproofness.SOLUTION: A metallic joiner 11 is arranged on a reverse side of a connection part where adjacent outer wall materials are connected, and the joiner 11 has its center part inserted into a recessed part 10 and its both end parts made to abut against reverse sides of the adjacent outer wall materials. A region inserted into a back shiplap part 7 of one outer wall material 5 and a region made to abut against a corner part 18 connecting with an end face 8 of another outer wall material 6 abut against the one and the other outer wall materials 5, 6 with an elastic packing material 15 interposed therebetween. On reverse surfaces of the one outer wall material and the other outer wall material, ventilation spaces s1, s2 are formed at a part except an end of the joiner 11 and between the end of the joiner 11 and the packing material 15. |
