PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a separate pump for obtaining a function of impressing water pressure for draining when utilizing remaining water as so-called intermediate water for the other application.SOLUTION: Water as a heat source heated by a heat pump 1 is stored in a hot water storage tank 2. The water is heat-exchanged by a heat exchanger 4, and a temperature is lowered from a first temperature T1 to a second temperature T2. Water in a bathtub 6 is heat-exchanged with the water as a heat source by the heat exchanger 4. A piping device 5 is connected between the heat exchanger 4 and the bathtub 6. When filling and reheating hot water, a three-way valve 50 makes a pipe 52 and a pipe 53 communicate with each other, and water moves from the heat exchanger 4 to the bathtub 6 via these pipes. When discharging water, the three-way valve 50 makes the pipe 52 and the pipe 54 communicate with each other. In both the cases, as a pump 55 moves the water from the bathtub 6 to a pipe 51, pumps need not be installed individually for filling, reheating, and discharging water. |
