PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor not increasing vibration and not deteriorating life.SOLUTION: In an electric compressor incorporating a motor 5 and a compressing part 4 and having a compressor case 3 having a discharge space having an oil storing part 7, a main bearing 42 holding a driving shaft 14 is arranged in a bearing member 51 in the compressor case, the bearing member forms a closed space 202 between the compressing part and the same has a communication passage 200 in communication with the closed space, and a gap between an outer ring and an inner ring of the main bearing 42 is closed by a seal member 203. Consequently, lubricating oil is supplied to the closed space via the communication passage by a pressure difference by a high pressure of the discharge space without generating vibration or others and is supplied to the main bearing and a turning bearing, liquefied refrigerant remaining in the closed space opens the seal member by pressure increase along with starting the compressor and is smoothly released to the discharge space in the compressor case, it is possible to quickly supply the lubricating oil to the main bearing. |
