PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply crushed foamed urethane to a primary combustion furnace, and to supply chlorofluorocarbon generated when crushing the foamed urethane to a secondary combustion furnace.SOLUTION: A heat insulating material containing foamed urethane is crushed, the foamed urethane is supplied to a primary combustion furnace 2, and chlorofluorocarbon is supplied to a secondary combustion furnace 3. The primary combustion furnace is a kiln type. The combustion temperature of the primary combustion furnace is 400-700°C, and the combustion temperature of secondary combustion furnace 3 is 850-1,000°C. The operation from a crusher 1 to the combustion furnaces 2, 3 is performed in a sealed state. The sizes of the foamed urethane are adjusted within a range of 2-10 mm. The foamed urethane crushed by crusher 1 or the chlorofluorocarbon are supplied by a quantitative supply system, and a supply amount is adjusted on the basis of the furnace temperature of the secondary combustion furnace 3. |
