PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generator significantly increasing efficiency of electric power generation by rotating an inertia flywheel of an inertia mechanism and a plurality of pairs of weights of the inertia mechanism in a cam-like eccentric manner to sequentially apply the centrifugal force to a rotation drive shaft rotated by a natural energy source.SOLUTION: A rotation drive shaft 300 connected to an electric power generator; and an inertia mechanism HZ-1 connected to the periphery of the rotation drive shaft 300 are arranged. The inertia mechanism HZ-1 comprises: a pair of flywheels 400; a plurality of guide arms 500 connected to the rotation drive shaft 300 in each flywheel 400; each pair of weights 600 mounted on the guide arm 500; guide permanent magnets 750 provided at inner side parts of each pair of weights 600; and a perfect circle endless guide rail 800 to which a permanent magnet is fixed. A water turbine 100 provided with water receiving blades 101 is provided at an outer circumferential part of the rotation drive shaft 300 or the flywheel 402. |
