PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and television receiver which can improve the efficiency of part replacement work.SOLUTION: A positioning frame 9 included in a display device, includes an outer peripheral side frame part 91 disposed on the outer peripheral side of a display panel 2, an optical sheet 8 and a backlight 71, and a projection 92 projecting to the inner peripheral side from a portion of the outer peripheral side frame part 91 located on the front side of the optical sheet 2. For a backlight chassis 6, the backlight 71, the optical sheet 8 and the positioning frame 9, the backlight 71 and the optical sheet 8 are held between the backlight chassis 6 and the projection 92, and the backlight chassis 6 and the outer peripheral side frame part 91 are fastened with a screw 9S from the back side. |
