PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid battery, by which short-circuit can be restrained at reduced manufacturing costs, and a solid battery manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A solid battery 10 comprises: a positive electrode layer 2; a negative electrode layer 4; and a solid electrolyte layer 3 containing a solid electrolyte, arranged between the positive electrode layer 2 and the negative electrode layer 4. In a plane view, an outer peripheral end of the solid electrolyte layer 3 is on an outer side than an outer peripheral end of the positive electrode layer 2 and an outer peripheral end of the negative electrode layer 4. In a plane view, a portion 3b of the solid electrolyte layer 3 not overlaid on the positive electrode layer 2 or the negative electrode layer 4 contains a smaller amount of the solid electrolyte than a portion 3a overlaid on the layer, or does not contain the solid electrolyte. In a method, the solid battery 10 is manufactured. |
