PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaming machine that can accurately and efficiently perform reaming.SOLUTION: A reaming machine 10 includes: a machine body 11; a pair of arms 20 extending from the machine body 11 and whose tips 20a can be inserted into spaces 4a, 4b between a structure 1 and a workpiece 2; a positioning head 60 for positioning prepared holes 3 of the workpiece 2; and a machining head 80 for reaming each of the prepared holes 3. Each of the arms 20 has: a fixed arm 30; a movable arm 40 freely movable with respect to the fixed arm 30 in its longitudinal direction; and a head attaching part 55 provided at a tip 40a of the movable arm 40 and to which either of the positioning head 60 and the machining head 80 is attached. A tip 30a of the fixed arm 30 includes a workpiece side pressing part 91 and a structure side pressing part 92 and is provided with a holding part 90 for holding the fixed arm 30 to the workpiece 2.
