PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony enclosure structure in which a strength can be improved while preventing occurrence of an inner/outer pressure difference, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A balcony enclosure structure is installed to cover an upper region of a balcony 2 which is expanded outward from a building skeleton 1, and comprises a lateral girder member 10a connected to each of bundle members 5 for bridging over the bundle members 5 of a balcony lateral wall 4a, a front girder member 10b connected to each of bundle members 5 for bridging over the bundle members 5 of a balcony front wall 4b and connected with the lateral girder member 10a via a post member 50, a front beam member 20b installed at an upper side of the front girder member 10b, a lateral beam member 20a installed at an upper side of the lateral girder member 10a, a roof part 30 provided to cover an upper opening which is formed from the front beam member 20b, the lateral beam member 20a and the building skeleton 1, and a window part 40 which is provided to cover a lateral upper opening part 60a and a front upper opening part 60b. |
