PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To double the service life of a rotary double-blade shredder.SOLUTION: There is provided a rotary double-blade shredder 1 in which two or more disk-formed rotary shredding blades 4 having a plurality of cutting blades 3 in a circumferential direction are laminated and insert-fitted to each of a pair of spline shafts 2 arranged in parallel and each of the spline shafts 2 is rotated in a direction different from each other. The cutting blade 3 comprises a double blade configuration. The shredder is composed so that when either cutting blade 3 is damaged, only the rotary shredding blade 4 in which the damaged cutting blade 3 is formed can be exchanged.
