PANIC LOCK WITH SELECTION DEVICE IN THE LOCK CASE

The invention relates to a panic lock for a door, window or similar, preferably for use as a panic lock in escape and rescue routes. The lock has a lock case (1) and a lock mechanism arranged therein with a bolt (2) and/or falling latch (3). A multi-part hub (4) is provided, comprising a first connection hub (4a) and a second connection hub (4c). The first connection hub and the second connection hub (4c) can be switched to an active position in which the connection hub concerned is connected to the lock mechanism and can be switched into an inactive position in which the connection hub concerned (4a) is not connected to the lock mechanism. A selection device (7) is provided, through which either the first connection hub (4a) or/and the second connection hub (4c) can be switched into the active position. The selection device (7) has a first receptacle (77a) fixed relative to the housing into which the at least one selection element can be positioned in such a manner that the first connection hub (4a) is switched into the active position or the inactive position. The selection device (7) has a second receptacle (77c) fixed relative to the housing into which the at least one selection element (70) or a second selection element can be positioned in such a manner that the second connection hub (4c) is switched into the active position or the inactive position.
