PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional openable/closable barrier cover mechanism in which: the conventional openable/closable barrier cover mechanism requires a rail and a gap for sliding a barrier cover and a floating prevention mechanism, or the like, on the outer face side.SOLUTION: A barrier unit comprises: a cover member; a barrier member arranged on the front face of a device body and moving between a first position in which the barrier member covers the inside of the device and a second position in which the barrier member is retracted from the front face of the device; a link member whose one end is freely rotatably held with respect to the body and whose other part holds a shaft member for guiding the slide-directional movement of the barrier member; energizing means for energizing the other end of the link member in a direction for lifting up it in a direction of the front face of the device; and locking means for locking the barrier member in a state in which the barrier member is positioned on almost the same plane as that of the cover member when the barrier member is in the first position. The barrier member includes: an exterior member; two long hole parts movably holding both ends of the shaft member and extending in the slide direction; and a rising bent part provided along the long hole parts and covering a gap between the exterior member and the long hole parts. |
