<p>The present invention relates to an agent for promoting hair growth and to a method for preparing same. Also, the present invention provides a method for preparing an agent for promoting hair growth, wherein the method is characterized in that it comprises a step of producing a raw material extract containing an active ingredient for promoting hair growth and obtained by optimally combining medicinal herbs obtained by drying eight natural medicinal herbs consisting of 50 to 70 wt% of Rumex japonicas, 3 to 6 wt% of Pleuropterus multiflorus, 1 to 2 wt% of Radix Notoginseng, 1 to 2 wt% of Carthamus tinctorius, 1 to 2 wt% of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 0.5 to 1 wt% of Mentha piperascens, 0.5 to 1 wt% of Asarum sieboldii, and 0.5 to 1 wt% of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and further comprising a step of adding 10 to 15 wt% of purified hempseed oil to the produced raw material extract. The present invention exhibits the remarkable effects of promoting hair growth, preventing hair loss, and performing skin care functions through the treatment of the underlying diseases, such as nephritis, cardiac disorders, and liver disorders, which have a direct relation and strong connection to hair loss, and by promoting blood circulation and metabolic activity.</p> |
