The present invention provides a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing notification of a mobile terminal application. The method comprises: a notification control service apparatus receiving an application notification message sent by an application server; the notification control service apparatus obtaining application client indication information corresponding to the application notification message according to the application notification message; and the notification control service apparatus sending the application notification message and the application client indication information to a mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal invokes the application client corresponding to the application client indication information to display the application notification message. The present invention implements dynamic selection of the application client.
