To improve the assembly, a method or mounting assembly (kit) is described to maintain the constancy of pitch in a guide (60) that can be placed on a ceiling (15) and is composed of two or more linear guide segments (60), each having a series of seats (65) at constant pitch adapted to mesh in them a toothed wheel (80) of a movable carriage (32) adapted to move the door (14) of a garage, characterized by:
