POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND POWER SUPPLY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system and a power supply method capable of preventing deterioration of function and performance of a storage battery unit.SOLUTION: The power supply system includes: a home fuel cell system (power generator) 10 that generates the power to supply the same to a power load; a storage battery unit 20 that supplies the power to a power load 40; a power meter 70 that measures the power supplied from the storage battery unit 20 to the power load 40; and a controller 60. The controller 60 controls the home fuel cell system 10 and the storage battery unit 20 so that the power measured by the power meter 70 is a predetermined power of a value greater than zero while the power load 40 consumes the power.
