METHOD FOR PRODUCING NANO CRYSTAL MAGNETIC BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nano crystal magnetic body with excellent characteristics using a simple method, preventing worsening in magnetic characteristics of nano magnetic particles due to generation of residual stress without deteriorating the magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: An electrical insulation layer made of glass is coated on the surface of nano crystal magnetic particles having an average particle size of 10-100 nm, and then subjected to pressure molding at a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature of the glass. Accordingly, the nano crystal magnetic particles are densified and the electrical insulation layer is uniformly interposed between the nano crystal magnetic particles.
