PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production schedule preparation device that can prepare a production schedule as intended by a planner, thereby preventing a delivery time from being delayed and reducing a stock.SOLUTION: The production schedule preparation device preparing production schedule information on a product in accordance with each accepted order on the basis of information showing plurality of accepted orders, comprises: an accepted order information storage part that stores a production completion reference date and a delivery date in association with each accepted order; a production schedule process part that prepares production schedule information in accordance with each accepted order on the basis of the production completion reference date of the accepted order stored in the accepted order information storage part; and an alert part that compares a production completion date of the product of the accepted order in the production schedule information with the delivery date of the accepted order stored in the accepted order information storage part for each accepted order and outputs information indicative of the accepted order when the production completion date does not fall within a predetermined range based on the delivery date.
