PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition having excellent developability in forming a coloring pattern by a photo-lithographic method.SOLUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition includes colorant, resin, polymerizable compound and polymerization initiator. The colorant includes C. I. pigment green 36, yellow pigment, and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of blue pigment, red pigment, purple pigment and orange pigment. The resin is a copolymer including a structural unit derived from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acid and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and a structural unit having alicyclic hydrocarbon structure. |
