PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous unloader which is reducible in size while maintaining a loading capacity.SOLUTION: A bucket elevator 9 of a continuous unloader 1 comprises: a plurality of buckets 27 for scraping bulk loads M and loading them; an endless chain 25 to which the plurality of buckets 27 are attached; drive rollers 31a to 31c for driving the endless chain 25 and orbit-moving it; and a turning roller 33 for guiding the endless chain 25 and turning the progress direction of the endless chain 25. The turning roller 33 has: a bearing 61 arranged at the circumference of a rotation axial line A; a ring 63 which is positioned at a circumference external rim and contacts with the endless chain 25; and a wheel 62 for connecting the bearing 61 and the ring 63. The wheel 62 has a plate-shaped member 62a having a shape for filling an entire region between the bearing 61 and the ring 63 when viewed in the rotating axial line A-direction.
