PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black-plated steel sheet excellent in retentivity of a black appearance and workability.SOLUTION: A black-plated steel sheet includes 1.0-22.0 mass% of Al and 1.3-10.0 mass% of Mg and has a Zn-plated layer containing molten Al and Mg, wherein a Zn black oxide is distributed in a plated layer. A brightness of the surface of the Zn-plated layer containing molten Al and Mg is 60 or under in terms of an L* value. |
