PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-view display in which almost no or no cross-talk occurs even though a large viewing area is generated.SOLUTION: This display includes a barrier having a plurality of color parts that operate in cooperation with a color filter within a display panel and is designed such that light can be selectively directed to a visible area 23, 24. A lenticular screen 30 can be configured to form or image a light beam onto the separate imaging units 32a and 32b of the display panel. Thereby, the adjacent units 32a and 32b can be illuminated with light beams from different lenses 30a and 30b, which travel to different viewing areas 23 and 24. A light source 35 can generate light in a position aligned with the boundary between the adjacent lenses 30a and 30b. |
