摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a current distribution capable of measuring a current distribution in an electrolytic solution, and improving reliability of a measurement result in a process of surface-treating whole surface of a surface treatment object.SOLUTION: In a method, potentials at a plurality of points including at least three points existing at spaced positions from a surface treatment object OB in an electrolytic solution ES are measured at the same time. A point among the plurality of points whose potential is middle is defined as a middle potential point. A position of an equipotential point equipotential to the middle potential point is calculated. A direction of a straight line perpendicular to a line segment CD connecting the middle potential point and the equipotential point is calculated as a current direction &thetas;mn. The size of the current is calculated by using a distance LD between either of the highest potential point with the highest potential and the lowest potential point with the lowest potential, and a line segment CD; either of the points; a potential of the middle potential point; and an electrical conductivity EC of an electrolytic solutions ES.
