PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate issuance of a laminate processed personal information card with superior outward appearance, when issuing each personal card in block, or when issuing each personal card individually for change or the like of the personal information.SOLUTION: In a batch issuing step, after common information and personal information are printed on a batch card mount 10, the surfaces to become front and rear sides are covered with a laminated sheet 17 when folded, and a completed card material 1 for batch is sent to each individual. In an individual issuing step, after the common information is printed, a double layer laminated sheet 25 is bonded on an individual card mount 20 while a surface that becomes a back side when folded is covered, and the surface that becomes a front side is not covered, and completed individual card material 2 is transported to a delivery location. A delivery person in charge folds, develops double layer laminated sheet 25 with the opposite side after the personal information is printed on the individual card material 2, and a card forming piece 21 is delivered to the individual afterwards. |
