PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a continuously variable transmission which improves response in shift change.SOLUTION: In a continuously variable transmission, a belt 50 is wound on a primary pulley 10 including a fixed sheave 11 integral with a primary shaft 4 and a movable sheave 12 which is movable in an axis direction so as to be close to or apart from the fixed sheave 11. The continuously variable transmission includes a clutch mechanism 80 which disconnects or connects a power transmission path through which output from a motor 31 generating thrust making the movable sheave 12 move to the side of the fixed sheave 11 is transmitted, and bearings 71, 72, 73 which support a first intermediate shaft 32a and a second intermediate shaft 33a forming the power transmission path, respectively, and which are lubricated by a lubricant. A control device for the continuously variable transmission includes a drive instructing means for making the motor 31 drive while the clutch mechanism 80 is released. |
