PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar attachment for inserting a flexible endoscope to a trocar for a hard mirror and making it usable without damaging an outer cover of the flexible endoscope.SOLUTION: An elastic seal hole 13 is provided on an entrance side of a trocar 10, and a trocar attachment 20 includes an insertion tube 21 inserted into a mantle tube 11 of the trocar 10 by pushing and widening the seal hole 13 instead of a hard mirror, and an annular seal member 24 pushed and widened by a flexible endoscope 30 when the flexible endoscope 30 is inserted into the insertion tube 21 to seal a gap at the position inside the insertion tube 21. Resistance when the flexible endoscope 30 pushes and widens the annular seal member 24 and passes through there becomes smaller than resistance when the flexible endoscope 30 is directly inserted to the seal hole 13 of the trocar 10, pushes and widens the seal hole 13 and passes through. |
