TRANSFER EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY VEHICLE

Provided is a transfer equipment for construction machinery vehicles, used to carry the construction machinery vehicle for transfer. The construction machinery vehicle comprises a drive wheel (11), and a working wheel (12); the working wheel is disposed at the front part of the working end (13) of the construction machinery vehicle; the transfer device comprises a vehicle frame (20), a first wheel (31), and a second wheel (32); the vehicle frame is used to load the working end of the construction machinery vehicle during transfer; the first wheel and the second wheel are respectively and pivotally connected to the two sides of the vehicle frame; and under the drive of the drive wheel, the transfer device travels synchronously with the construction machinery vehicle. Also provided is a transfer method for the construction machinery vehicle: using the transfer device to bear the working end of the construction machinery vehicle, and utilizing the drive wheel of the construction machinery vehicle to enable the transfer device to travel synchronously with the construction machinery vehicle, so as to complete the transfer operation. The transfer device is of simple structure, easy operation and low cost, will not cause damage to the ground, and will not cause the mud scraper of the working wheel to fail, while significantly reducing the risk of the whole vehicle tipping during transfer.
