PURPOSE: A steering handle comprising a primer layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure excellent durability and the uniformity of heat radiating by the enhancing of the adhesion and uniformity of a heat-radiating/coated layer. CONSTITUTION: A steering handle comprising a primer layer comprises a core unit(110), a synthetic resin layer(120), a primer layer(130) and a heat-radiating/coated layer(140). The synthetic resin layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the core unit. The primer layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the synthetic resin layer. The heat-radiating/coated layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the primer layer. The synthetic resin layer comprises ABS resin, polyurethanes and EPP(Expanded Polypropylene). The primer layer comprises chlorinated polyolefin. The thickness of the primer layer is 1μm ~ 30μm. |
