PURPOSE: A surface mounting type super capacitor provides high air tightness for the space in which a cell is mounted by plating a bonded part between a wiring board and a lid and forming a plating layer. CONSTITUTION: A wiring board includes an insulating board body (11) and a circuit wiring pattern (13) formed on the board body. A cell is mounted on an electrode mounting region (15) of the board. The cell includes a first electrode (21), a separation film (23), a second electrode (25), and an electrolyte. The first electrode is bonded and electrically connected to the electrode mounting region of the wiring board. A lid (40) covers the cell mounted on the wiring board. A plating layer (60) covers the bonded part between the wiring board and the lid. |
