PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance readability of the connection relationship between nodes with respect to a visualization result in which the readability of the connection relationship is insufficiently satisfied.SOLUTION: A graph data visualization apparatus performs, for graph data, optimization calculation of a coordination of a node according to a predetermined mechanical model; from an optimization result, calculates an average value and distribution of an edge length connected to each node; calculates the edge length having the connection relationship with each node and distributions of an angle and length of a vector having a corresponding node as a center; determines a set of nodes in which the angel and length of the vector deviate from the average value, as a division node candidate; and repeats processing of dividing the division node candidate from the graph data until there is no division node candidate. |
