PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device capable of properly rocking a movable plate about two different shafts, an optical scanner, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 10 includes: a movable plate 11 provided with an optical reflecting portion, and capable of rocking about a first shaft; a first shaft member connected to both ends in a direction along the first shaft of the movable plate 11; a frame-shaped member 14 surrounding the movable plate 11, to which the first shaft member is connected, and capable of rocking about a second shaft having a different direction from the first shaft; a second shaft member connected to both ends in a direction along the second shaft of the frame-shaped member 14; permanent magnets 20a and 20b disposed on the frame-shaped member 14; and a rigid body portion 5 provided continuously or intermittently annularly on the frame-shaped member 14. The rigid body portion 5 has at least a pair of end surfaces opposing to each other, a guiding portion is constituted so as to regulate positions of the permanent magnets 20a and 20b by the pair of end surfaces, and at least a part of the permanent magnets 20a and 20b is disposed on the guiding portion. |
