PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared ray pot deployment device capable of preventing infrared rays radiated from infrared ray pots from overlapping while preventing attenuation of radiation intensity to the direction of deception in radiating infrared ray by the infrared ray pots.SOLUTION: An infrared ray pot deployment device 10 deploying infrared ray pots 14 for deceiving an enemy by generating infrared rays, from a ship 11, includes a flying object 13 in which the plurality of infrared ray pots 14 are stored, a launching device 12 disposed on the ship 11 and launching the flying object 13, and a rope 15b connecting an anchor 15a fixed to the ship 11 and the flying object 13.
