PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of modern people that many people complain about health problems assumed to be caused by low body temperature as the adverse effect of spread of air conditioners or the like, it is preferable to warm the body, increase the immunity of the body, prevent diseases and promote health, and in particular coldness of a female invites the decline of the immunity and the rapid increase of infertility or the like.SOLUTION: A heating warm bath apparatus providing an effect as if taking a therapeutic walk in the forest with heat storage type far infrared rays is developed. A heater is a carbon fiber planar electric type heating sheet. The heating sheet is fixed to the groundwork with a heat insulating layer of a floor or a wall and is shielded to cut electromagnetic waves, and a ceramic tile is stuck.
