The invention, as stated in the description, relates to an electronic device that can regulate the rapid charging of condensers for charging lithium batteries of electric vehicles, that has been designed and implemented with a view to obtaining many notable advantages compared to other existing means with similar purposes. The difference between these systems and the invention lies in the fact that currently, when the batteries are directly rapidly charged, only a part of these batteries is charged for a period of no less than 15 minutes. The disadvantage of such charges is that they reduce the useful life of the batteries.
