摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of waffle for a user who prefers the taste of rice is provided to enable the user to eat the waffle in an easy form, and to eat outside with conveniently and simply packing. CONSTITUTION: Grains are ground into powder. The powder is inserted into liquid for kneading using the water in a volume ratio of 4-1:3-1, and is mixed to become flour liquid in a diluted dough state. Rice with the grains only or mixed cereals is cooked. The cooked rice is added into the flour liquid in a mass ratio of 1-8:1-1, and the mixture is stirred to uniformly mix the rice in the flour liquid. The rice-flour liquid is poured over a heated mold frame, and heated. The liquid for kneading is used with vegetable juice or tea.
