PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference device capable of restraining enlargement of a device.SOLUTION: A television conference device 100 comprises: a first housing 10; a second housing 12 whose -α side end is connected to the first housing 10 relatively rotatably around an X-axis orthogonal to an α-axis; a liquid crystal display 14 having a liquid crystal panel for displaying an image, and provided on the second housing 12 so that the liquid crystal panel can be visually recognized from one side (+&bgr;-side) in a &bgr;-axis direction orthogonal to both of the α-axis and the X-axis; an electronic camera having an imaging lens 16a, and provided on the second housing 12 so that the imaging lens 16a is exposed to the +&bgr;-side; a loudspeaker provided on the second housing 12 so that a sound output direction is directed toward the +&bgr;-side; and a microphone provided on the second housing 12 so that a sound input direction is directed to the -&bgr;-side. |
