PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treating agent which solves a problem of a smell and, even if the concentration of cysteamine used is low, can generate the same effect as that when a high concentration cysteamine is used.SOLUTION: A hair treating agent has a cysteamine concentration of 0.5 to 3 wt.% and a pH of 8.0 to 10, a cysteamine concentration of 2 to 3 wt.% and a pH of 7.5 to 10, a cysteamine concentration of 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% and a pH of 9.2 to 9.5, a cysteamine concentration of 1.3 to 2.5 wt.% and a pH of 8.5 to 9.2, or a cysteamine concentration of 2 to 2.5 wt.% and a pH of 8.0 to 9.2. |
