PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric negative pressure pump control device configured to reduce power consumption of an electric negative pressure pump and operation noise of the electric negative pressure pump at a predetermined vehicle speed or lower, while securing braking effect.SOLUTION: When an absolute value of a negative pressure detected by a brake negative-pressure sensor decreases to an on-threshold or lower, an electric negative pressure pump is driven. The driven electric negative pressure pump is stopped when a negative pressure reaches an off-threshold. When the vehicle speed is equal to or lower than a predetermined vehicle speed, the on-threshold is set to a relatively small first on-negative-pressure value P1. When the vehicle speed is higher than the predetermined vehicle speed, the on-threshold is set to a relatively large second on-negative-pressure value P2. Moreover, the first off-negative-pressure value P1being an off threshold in traveling at the speed below the predetermined vehicle speed is a value smaller than a second off-negative-pressure value P2being an off-threshold-value in traveling at a vehicle speed that is larger than the predetermined vehicle speed, and is set such that a difference with the first on-negative-pressure value P1becomes more than the difference between the second on-negative-pressure value P2and the second off negative pressure value P2. |
