PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system and a maintenance timing determination method capable of improving maintenance efficiency of a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A cooling system including a GM refrigerator 2, includes a heater 6 applying a heat load to the GM refrigerator 2, and a temperature sensor 5 which detects, when the heat load is applied to the GM refrigerator 2 by the heater 6, a temperature change (change in a physical quantity) generated in the GM refrigerator 2, and determines a maintenance timing of the GM refrigerator 2 based on the temperature change. |
