PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a purified polysaccharide fiber excellent in a recycling rate of an ion solution and having high strength, a purified polysaccharide fiber produced by using the method, a fiber-rubber composite including the purified polysaccharide fiber, and a tire including the fiber-rubber composite and excellent in tire characteristics.SOLUTION: The method for producing a purified polysaccharide fiber includes contacting a polysaccharide solution obtained by dissolving a polysaccharide raw material in a liquid containing an ion solution with a solidifying liquid containing an ion solution and wet spinning or dry-wet spinning the polysaccharide. The concentration of the ion solution in the solidifying liquid is 20 wt% to 70 wt%. The ion solution additionally includes a recycled product from the solidifying liquid used for producing the purified polysaccharide fiber. The recycling rate of the ion solution is 90 wt% or more.
