PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that peeling and cracks, which occur in a mold resin due to heat expansion of each member of an ignition device and thermal stress caused by high temperatures during the operation of the ignition device and lower temperatures during the operation stop and the uncontrolled state, affect diodes that prevent discharge effect to other ignition coils and a diode connection part in the ignition device collectively discharging output from the multiple ignition coils.SOLUTION: Cases 50, 60 are composed of a first case 50 housing first and second coil parts 40, 42 and a second case 60 housing the first case 50 and first and second diodes 70a, 70b, 70c, 72a, 72b, 72c. The first and second diodes 70a, 70b, 70c, 72a, 72b, 72c are disposed between the first case 50 and the second case 60. The first and second diodes 70a, 70b, 70c, 72a, 72b, 72c are fixed to an outer bottom surface 54 of the first case 50. |
