PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified cellulose fiber that is produced by using a raw material capable of suppressing carbon disulfide emission and having less environmental load, and is excellent in strength and good in productivity; a fiber-rubber composite including the purified cellulose fiber; and a tire including the fiber-rubber composite.SOLUTION: The purified cellulose fiber 7 is made by: discharging a cellulose solution obtained by dissolving a cellulose raw material in a liquid containing an ion solution from a spinneret 2; contacting the discharged cellulose solution with a solidifying liquid 6; and wet spinning or dry-wet spinning the cellulose solution. The method is characterized by feeding the solidifying liquid 6 along with the discharging direction of the cellulose solution discharged from the spinneret 2.
