PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin layer adhesive suitable for fixing precision parts having a simple part shape and capable of being downsized without containing an acid or the like except the constitution components of an adhesive as impurities and without containing a solid component in the adhesive, and to provide precision parts using the same.SOLUTION: A precision part is produced by using a thin layer adhesive comprising (A) a volatile solvent having a boiling point of ≤100°C, (B) an epoxy resin having a melting point or softening point of ≥60°C and solid at ordinary temperature, (C) an imidazole derivative having a melting point or softening point of ≥60°C, and (D) an acid anhydride derivative having a melting point or softening point of ≥60°C. |
