PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel which is capable of securing a sufficient light-emitting part area while suppressing an increase in drive current per unit area, and to provide a display device provided with the same.SOLUTION: In the display panel using organic EL elements, a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer are formed one over the other. On a glass substrate 200, a light-emitting element 101 of a first color is formed in the first light-emitting layer, and light-emitting elements 102, 103 of a second color and a third color are formed in the second light-emitting layer. For example, the first color is green, the second color is blue, and the third color is red. One pixel part is constituted of the light-emitting elements 101-103. The area ratio of light-emitting parts of the respective colors is determined according to required luminance for each color, luminous efficiency, and a pixel deterioration rate. |
