PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arcade type semiconductor element in which the operation speed of a semiconductor processor is enhanced by increasing the electric energy being supplied to a circuit.SOLUTION: The signal lines for supplying a current to one arithmetic element are multiple connection, and consist of multiple (N) wires just like the poles supporting an arcade. Heat down is suppressed by reducing the electrical resistance to 1/N, and a processor having an operation speed of N times theoretically can be provided. Furthermore, stability of an operation circuit can be enhanced and a higher speed can be achieved. |
