Provided is the use of either of Rana grahami skin repair-promoting polypeptides AH90 and CW49 in preparing drugs for treating wounds, burns and skin ulcers on the body surface, for decreasing the formation of scars and accelerating the repair of scars. The molecular weight of polypeptide AH90 is 2657.18 Da, the isoelectric point thereof is 10.26 and the primary structure with whole sequence is ATAWDFGPHGLLPIRPIRIRPLCG; the molecular weight of polypeptide CW49 is 1210.43 Da, the isoelectric point thereof is 8.29 and the primary structure with whole sequence is APFRMGICTTN.
