The cover (7) has a foam layer provided with a pad mat i.e. cushion pad. A top fabric is formed in an outer skin of a folding top (3). The foam layer is partially compressed in an irreversible manner such that unit weight of a compressible layer is more than 70 kg/m. Tortuosity of the foam layer is between 1.4 and 1.6 and thickness of the foam layer is between 6 mm and 11 mm. The foam layer is made of polyurethane. The pad mat is connected to the top fabric using an adhesive system. A sound-absorbing layer is placed adjacent to the foam layer.
